I'm Ivan Cernja, a builder and writer.

I lead growth at Encore, where we're changing how software gets built. I work across growth, product, design and code, and build everything else you see here whenever an idea gets stuck in my head.

I'm interested in how much one person can build with today's tools and what happens when we learn by making things instead of endlessly preparing to make them.
